Perfect for an overnight stay! Clean linens, comfy beds, and a great breakfast selection really hit the spot after a long travel day. Though the decor feels a bit dated, the friendly vibe made it cute. Just a heads up-no lift, so pack light!

Sorry they didn't have a menu with an English translation. Member of staff tried tomhelp but her Engilsh was not good. However there was a trainee hotel manager who came along later and was very helpful. The Novotel we're staying at now, in Brugge, does show the English equivalent in all their documents.

The location was handy and easy, 5 min walk from bus station. The hotel itself was in a nice area. They gave a standard room with a rather large TV, seperate toilet, for instance as we booked.

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. Service in the restaurant felt slow, impacting our dining experience.

the hotel was very clean and tidy. swimming pool and grass area were good to allow children to unwind after a journey.
the reception staff were not helpful and not very friendly and we had travelled 19 hours on a coach to get there you expect to be greeted like you were welcome. they seemed to not like children even though i considered ours to be well behaved. the bar staff were a mixture of nice and helpful to what do you want attitude.

Conveniently close to the high way, secure car park, efficient check in and out, quiet rooms.
The hotel and rooms have everything you need but it totally lacks ambiance and lobby looks a bit run down. It is a good business hotel, efficient but don't go there if you like a nice cosy atmosphere.Location is far from town in a service area with only hotels and truck stops.

missingWrote a review on 26 Octcramped roomoutrageous prices
Very disappointing experience! The so-called 'family room' was basically a cramped bed factory, not a relaxing stay. The restaurant prices were outrageous for a buffet that ran out of food before 7 pm. I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least special treatment, but clearly this hotel doesn't care about true guests. Almost wrote a positive review, but just couldn't.

The room was very comfortable, large and quiet.
My gps couldn't find the hotel and I had difficulty in locating it. Had to ask in the nearby village.

The outdoor pool area is a nice spot to unwind after a long day, with a bit of relaxation amidst the bustle. The family-friendly amenities are a definite plus for those traveling with kids, keeping them entertained while adults can recharge.
The restaurant experience was disappointing, with limited hot food options at the dinner buffet, leaving only a meager cold selection that felt inadequate after a long journey. I encountered cold water , and the tired decor in the rooms needs a serious refresh. There were cleanliness issues behind furniture and in common areas, which took away from the overall comfort. Lastly, parking security felt lacking after hearing reports of vandalism in the lot, which certainly raises concerns .

The hotel has spacious rooms that are comfortable and well-kept. The staff were attentive, immediately addressing my needs and providing assistance whenever required. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet that offered plenty of choices and quality options.
The hotel could use a makeover.
